While in high school, Arvin was taken under the wing by Murray Bell, Executive Director of an International Horse Racing Prediction Company as a Data Analyst. He skipped graduation to go to straight to work. Few years later, he grew to leading a team and was chosen to lead a USD 1 million overseas expansion at age 20. He moonlighted briefly as Head of Hiring of BLOCKS, a then record-breaking kickstarter smartwatch startup.
During the pandemic, he volunteered to get Covid so vaccines could be developed sooner. He found and briefly worked with 1Day Sooner, assisting in gathering support for Vaccine Equity to WHO & National Vaccine Day to the US President Biden Administration.
He has since provided operational support to Centre For Effective Altruism, Effective Ventures and Giving What We Can. He sidesline as an Executive Director of Stellaire Dental due to his passion for world-class dental care for the masses in his parent's home country, Philippines. He now explores the AI Safety field to see if his aptitude and specific skillset would be vaulable or if an Earning-To-Give would be a more impactful path.
