During high school, Arvin was taken under the wing and hired as a Data Analyst by the Executive Director of an International tech company. He went straight to work on the day of his graduation to prove himself; He was chosen to lead a USD 1 million overseas expansion at age 20. He was also briefly Head of Hiring of BLOCKS, a kickstarter funded modular smartwatch startup.
